Consequently, this rigid sheet smoother applies firm downward pressure to prevent sheet curling, corner dipping, and edge snagging during high-speed press runs.

Constructed from stiff, high-density wear-resistant material, it holds its shape under continuous sheet contact and press vibration. As a result, press operators maintain flat sheet movement, crisp registration, and neat delivery stacking across demanding jobs.

Product Features

Roland Press Compatibility: Engineered specifically for Manroland / Roland ULTRA series offset printing presses.

Rigid "Hard" Formulation: Built from a stiff, non-flexing compound that provides maximum downward guidance for heavy stock, cardstock, and paperboard.

Prevents Sheet Skew & Jamming: Keeps incoming paper edges perfectly flat against conveyor belts and registration guides, eliminating feeder trips.

Low-Friction Surface Finish: Polished to allow smooth paper gliding without marking printed inks or scoring sensitive stock surfaces.

Chemical & Powder Resistant: Stands up to abrasive anti-setoff spray powder, fountain solution mist, and harsh pressroom solvents over extended shifts.

Direct Bracket Fitment: Slips directly into factory hold-down mounting assemblies, enabling quick lateral adjustments during job setups.

RO-31712
