Printers Parts & Equipment will accept your return within 14 business days of purchase.
You will be refunded the original purchased price for the item minus a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary depending on the item.
To qualify for a return, all supplies and equipment are required for you to contact a representative for a Return Authorization Number prior to being returned.
Supplies and equipment must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging
Unopened as provided by the manufacturer (some exceptions maybe accepted). All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected at Printer’s Parts & Equipment’s sole discretion.
All returned and special order items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All shipping and related charges related to returning the item are to be paid by the buyer.
