Printers Parts & Equipment will accept your return within 14 business days of purchase.
You will be refunded the original purchased price for the item minus a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary depending on the item.
To qualify for a return, all supplies and equipment are required for you to contact a representative for a Return Authorization Number prior to being returned.
Supplies and equipment must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging un-opened as provided by the manufacturer (some exceptions maybe accepted). All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected at Printer’s Parts & Equipment’s sole discretion.
All returned and special order items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All shipping and related charges related to returning the item are to be paid by the buyer.
