Description
Filter Bag 250mm x 300mm
The Filter Bag 250mm x 300mm for Heidelberg (Part Number: HE-FILT05) filters fluids in dampening solution circulators, water tanks, and recirculation systems on Heidelberg offset presses. Its 250mm x 300mm size traps paper dust, lint, ink residue, and other particles before they clog pumps, spray bars, or metering rollers.
The HE-FILT05 uses chemical-resistant, non-linting needle-felt polyester with reinforced seams and a secure sealing ring collar. This design maintains fluid flow while keeping fountain solution clean. The filter bag fits various Heidelberg Speedmaster and Printmaster dampening filtration tanks. It also helps extend fountain solution life, reduce tank maintenance, and maintain proper ink-water balance during production runs.
Product Features
- Replaces filter bag part HE-FILT05, measuring 250 × 300 mm for a tight seal.

- Features a strong collar and sealed seams to prevent leaks under constant fluid pressure.
- Keeps fountain solution clean longer, reduces tank cleaning, and protects circulation pump impellers.
