Description
Paper Weight Assembly Compatible with Heidelberg - 66.028.114F
The Paper Weight Assembly Compatible with Heidelberg (Part Number: 66.028.114F) stabilizes paper sheets on the delivery pile board efficiently. Consequently, this weighted guide assembly prevents sheet curling and floating during high-speed delivery runs.
Moreover, precision-balanced weights hold sheet edges flat without marking fresh ink. As a result, press operators maintain neat delivery stacks while reducing feeder slowdowns.
Product Features
- Fits Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 102, CD 102, SM 74, SM 52, and Speedmaster XL series presses.
- Applies steady downward pressure onto incoming paper sheets. Consequently, the assembly eliminates edge curl and sheet bounce.
- Uses polished, low-friction guide surfaces. Therefore, the weight holds delicate paper stock securely without scuffing wet ink.
- Features corrosion-resistant alloy metals. As a result, the assembly withstands continuous paper impact and pressroom friction.
- Mounts easily onto existing delivery guide rails. Furthermore, technicians adjust sheet hold-down positioning quickly during press setup.
