The Ink Key Motor 24 Volt Compatible with Heidelberg (61.186.5411/03, HE-61-186-5411) drives accurate ink metering across Heidelberg CPC remote ink control systems.
This 24V DC geared motor (Type 3050L024S) matches original factory performance standards. It drives the ink duct key slides with precise, repeatable movement. Press operators can adjust ink smoothly from the central console.
This replacement unit fits several Heidelberg sheetfed presses, including the Speedmaster SM 52, SM 74, SM 102, CD 102, XL 75, PM 52, PM 74, MO, and GTO series. It helps resolve sticking ink keys, calibration drift, and console communication errors. This helps restore ink-water balance and reduce costly press downtime.

- New-Style Motors (24V / 61.186.5411 Series): The upgraded 24V geared motor (3050L024S) delivers high torque with lower current draw. It improves heat dissipation and provides smoother rotation. These features help prevent ink key binding at high press speeds.
- Heat-treated internal gears convert high-speed motor rotation into smooth, low-vibration torque. This helps move stiff or UV inks.
- Features factory-correct mounting dimensions and electrical quick-connect terminal leads for fast, seamless bench or press-side replacement.
- Eliminates color variation across printing zones by ensuring rapid, friction-free movement of ink blade keys during automatic color profile adjustments.
