Description
Ink Key Motor Only for Akiyama
The Ink Key Motor Only for Akiyama drives individual zonal ink keys smoothly across remote ink control consoles. Consequently, this high-precision electric motor delivers accurate ink film adjustments to maintain proper color balance during printing runs.
Moreover, its compact motor design replaces worn or seized motor units within the existing ink fountain block assembly. As a result, press operators maintain precise color density control while extending the operational life of their press console hardware.
Product Features
- Akiyama Press Compatibility: Designed specifically for Akiyama offset presses, including Bestech (BT) and Extreme series models equipped with remote ink console systems.
- Direct Motor Replacement: Replaces the standalone ink key drive motor directly within the fountain key drive mechanism.
- Precision Zonal Control: Delivers fine micro-stepping movements. Consequently, it allows accurate ink blade positioning across all ink zones.
- Durable Internal Drive: Features heat-resistant windings and high-torque gearing. Therefore, the motor withstands continuous press operation without overheating or slipping.
- Restores Color Consistency: Eliminates ink key binding, positioning errors, and console feedback faults. As a result, operators achieve quick color calibration and fast job setups.
- Cost-Effective Repair: Allows technicians to replace only the failed motor unit rather than the entire ink key assembly, reducing maintenance costs significantly.
