Numbering Machine 5/32 6 Digits Backward with No. ZERO DOWN

Numbering Machine 5/32 6 Digits Backward with No. ZERO DOWN

The Numbering Machine 5/32" 6 Digits Backward with No. Zero Down prints crisp, accurate sequential numbers on business forms, checks, and tickets. Engineered with precision steel wheels, this heavy-duty numbering head maintains sharp impression quality across high-speed press runs.

In addition, the specialized "Zero Down" (drop cipher) feature allows unused leading zeros to sink below the printing plane when not needed. As a result, press operators can cleanly print single or multi-digit sequences without unwanted leading zeros appearing on the final job.

Product Features

• 6-Digit Backward Sequence: Counts down sequentially in reverse order, simplifying sheet stacking and finishing workflows right off the press.
• Zero-Down Drop Cipher Feature: Depresses leading zero wheels below the printing line so numbers print cleanly without extra zeros (e.g., printing "45" instead of "000045").
• Hardened Steel Wheel Construction: Crafted from wear-resistant alloy steel to withstand continuous impression pressure and harsh wash-up solvents.
• Smooth Mechanical Actuation: Uses responsive internal pawls and drive cams to guarantee positive wheel turning without missed skips or double clicks.
• Versatile Shaft Mounting: Locks securely onto standard press numbering rings and shafts for quick alignment during job setup.
