Description
Smoother Strip Hard Roland FAVORIT
The Smoother Strip Hard Roland FAVORIT (Part Number: RO-31704) flattens paper sheets firmly across the delivery section. Consequently, this rigid sheet smoother strip eliminates paper curling, edge bounce, and tail slurring during high-speed printing runs.
Moreover, the high-density hard strip material applies uniform downward pressure on heavy paperboard and coated stock. As a result, press operators maintain neat delivery stacks while preserving sharp print quality.
Product Features
- Roland Press Compatibility: Fits Manroland Roland Favorit offset presses, including Roland Favorit RVF 16, RZF 16, and Parva series models.
- Rigid Hard Profile: Features durable, high-density hard synthetic construction. Consequently, it provides firm, reliable sheet guidance for heavy paper and card stock.
- Wrinkle-Free Sheet Control: Holds paper trailing edges flat against delivery guides. Therefore, operators prevent corner folding and delivery pile jams.
- Chemical-Resistant Material: Resists breakdown from fountain solutions, wash-up solvents, and press powder. As a result, the strip retains shape without warping or swelling.
- Quick Press-Side Replacement: Mounts easily into existing delivery guide tracks. Furthermore, technicians perform fast strip swaps during routine maintenance.
