Description
Smoother Strip SPRINT Hard
The Smoother Strip SPRINT Hard for Komori flattens paper sheets smoothly across the delivery section. Consequently, this rigid sheet smoother strip eliminates paper curling, edge bounce, and tail slurring during high-speed printing runs.
Moreover, the high-density hard strip material delivers firm downward pressure on heavy paperboard and coated stocks. As a result, press operators maintain neat delivery stacks while preserving pristine print quality.
Product Features
- Komori Sprint Press Compatibility: Designed specifically for Komori Sprint series offset presses, including Sprint 26, Sprint 28, and Sprint 225 models.
- Rigid Hard Profile: Features high-durability hard synthetic construction. Consequently, it provides firm, reliable guidance for heavy paper and card stock.
- Wrinkle-Free Sheet Control: Holds paper trailing edges flat against delivery guides. Therefore, operators prevent corner folding and delivery pile jams.
- Chemical-Resistant Material: Resists breakdown from fountain solutions, wash-up solvents, and press powder. As a result, the strip retains shape without warping or swelling.
- Non-Marking Guidance: Directs printed sheets smoothly into the delivery pile without scuffing wet ink.
- Quick Press-Side Replacement: Mounts easily into existing delivery guide tracks. Furthermore, technicians perform fast strip swaps during routine maintenance.
